GUATEMALA
¡Hola, wiros y wiras! ¡LLegó la Primavera! Spring season is here! Come and meet Pedro Conejito and his friends.
The cultural context is Guatemala. This session focuses on the great outdoors! ¡Paseo al aire libre, ando bajo el sol! (Walking outdoors, I go under the sun!) As we imagine mountains, trees, and natural objects, we will explore practical and fun descriptive words, such as tall and short, smooth and rough. We'll finish the unit off with a fun bug search--ever wonder how to say dragon fly in Spanish? ¡Libélula!
Join us for a highly interactive and fun 6-six week session. As they say in Guatemala, it will be "¡Chilero!"

SPRING - session two
M É X I C O
Our Mexico units are full of fiesta fun as we explore the colors of spring and sing songs of love for our parents in anticipation of Mother's Day and Father's Day. We end the unit with a fun time on the park playground that we will create with our imagination. We'll swing, slide down, and spin. Get ready for this highly interactive unit as we turn the classroom into "el parque."
As they say in Mexico, "It will be ¡Padrísimo!"

Includes 2 bilingual storybooks (digital/printable PDF format), digital music/storytelling, a songbook/vocabulary activity book (digital/printable PDF format), and supplies for in-class arts and crafts.
Each 6-week session is unique and includes a new set of materials.
Payment due to the instructor on the first day of class.
Saturday Calss - Debit/Credit, Cash or check payable to MCDE.
Session cancellation after the first class cannot be refunded or credited.
